Group air:

Roundtrip cost is $600 per person and must be paid by check payable to Altair Travel. You can choose to do one way of the group air also, if you want to go earlier or return later. One way either direction is $300pp and will be paid by check payable to Altair Travel. There will be baggage fee with Alaska Air of $35 first checked bag/$45 second checked bag, these fee’s will be paid directly to the airline.

The hotel we will be staying at the night of June 27 is The Mediterranean Inn, located in the heart of Seattle. Cost with tax for a double room (king or 2 doubles) will be $434.77.

Group transfer from the airport to the hotel on June 27 will be $25 per person. If you are getting in at a different time, I can arrange transfer, but rate depends on number of people. Transfer from the hotel to cruise port on June 28 will be $10 per person. I will want to collect all transfer money by March 1, 2025.

Once I know you are flying back with group (or flying out of Seattle on July 5), I will add transfer from ship to Seattle airport to your Holland America booking and the payment will be due at final payment on March 30. Cost of that transfer will be $44 per person.
