A native of St. Louis, I had studied and planned for a career in teaching (history), social work or the Peace Corps. Instead, following an after-college graduation vacation through Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East, I become a Travel Consultant. Fifty-five years later - having visited over 100 countries/territories with my husband, 2 sons, friends, and our many groups - I still find that travel itself is a terrific teacher. I am also active in my church and a former board member of Interfaith Partnership of Greater St. Louis. Traveling throughout the world and meeting people of so many different faiths and cultures has certainly broadened my horizons. My most memorable trips include skiing (USA and Europe), Grand Canyon Rafting, touring New Zealand/Australia, Morocco, Egypt, India, Peru, the Galapagos Islands and Antarctica.
